New Day, Inc is a Christian ministry to children, youth, marriages and families. New Day is  located in Johnstown, Pa. with branch offices in Windber, Somerset, and Altoona, Pa.  New Day's purpose is to provide programs which meet spiritual, emotional, social and life-skill development needs in the lives of those with whom it works.  New Day draws its purpose from the mission statement of Christ in Luke 4:18-19 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord." and believes that a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the only way to meet the deepest needs of individuals.
