Founded in 1978 by Rev. Noah Martin, New Day is a private, non-profit, charitable organization that serves Cambria, Somerset and Blair counties and nearby communities.
New Day, Inc.'s Executive Director is the Rev. Jack Rupert. Rev. Rupert has been ac
tive with New Day since 1980. He started as a volunteer mentor and served as Administrator for many years. He was named Executive Director in 2002. Rev. Rupert and his wife Sally are the parents of three grown boys.
